SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING IN WINDSOR.
Small group strength training designed to help women build strength, confidence and consistency.
Welcome to coaching house
A different kind of gym experience.
Coaching House is a women-focused small group training studio in Windsor.
I wanted to create a space where you feel comfortable walking through the door, know exactly what you’re working towards and receive real coaching every time you train.
With a maximum of four people in each session, you’ll never feel lost in a crowded class or like just another number.
Whether you’re new to strength training or have trained for years, everything can be adapted to your level while still giving you the challenge you need to progress.
-
At Coaching House, my mission is to educate women, debunk the fitness myths that hold so many people back, and provide the structure, coaching and support to help you become the strongest and healthiest version of yourself.

Coaching House isn't just another gym.
It's a space built with women in mind.
After more than eight years of coaching, I wanted to create a place that takes away the confusion around fitness. No wondering what workout to do, no following random programmes online, and no feeling like you have to spend hours in the gym to see results.
With a maximum of four people in each session, you'll receive the coaching, support and guidance you need while training alongside a group of women all working towards becoming stronger and healthier.
Women's health isn't a separate conversation, it's part of the coaching. Because when you understand your body, you can train with it, not against it.
Most importantly, I want Coaching House to be somewhere you enjoy coming to. A place where you can build strength, improve your fitness, and leave feeling better than when you walked in.

I don't believe in making fitness more complicated than it needs to be.
At Coaching House, everything is built around structure, coaching and consistency.
Every session follows a structured training programme, so you'll always know what you're doing and why you're doing it. Progress is built week by week, helping you become stronger without constantly changing workouts or chasing the latest fitness trend.
Coaching goes far beyond the hour you spend in the gym.
It's about building healthy habits, understanding your body, and learning that consistency will always beat perfection.
Because becoming stronger and healthier isn't about chasing quick fixes. It's about building habits that last.
It's about having the right structure, the right coaching, and showing up consistently.

How you’ll train
Strength
Structured full-body strength sessions, with a different emphasis across the week.
You’ll build strength through squats, deadlifts, presses, rows, single-leg exercises, glute work and core training, all coached and progressed to your level.
Strength + Conditioning
Sessions combining strength and cardiovascular work to improve your endurance, fitness and overall engine.
The formats will vary, but every session will have a purpose. The aim isn’t to make you tired for the sake of it; it’s to help you become fitter alongside your strength training.
-
Run Club
Wednesday interval sessions and Saturday morning runs are included with every membership.
They’re designed for all running abilities and complement the work you’ll be doing inside the studio.
Run club only memberships are also available.
-
Training is only one part of the picture.
How you sleep, fuel your body, manage stress and recover between sessions all affect how you feel and perform.
I want Coaching House to be more than somewhere you come to exercise. I want it to help you understand your body, build healthier habits and look after your health for the long term.
A sauna is available at the studio as another tool to support your recovery, with discounted or complimentary sessions depending on your membership.

FAQ
How do memberships work?
Your membership includes a set number of sessions per week, but your credits are allocated monthly to give you more flexibility.
For example, if you're on a 2-session-per-week membership, you'll receive 8 credits each month. This means if you're away one week, you can simply use those sessions across the other weeks of the month.
Your monthly credits expire at the end of each membership month and don't roll over into the next month.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. If you're away for a full month, recovering from an injury or have something unexpected come up, I'm happy to freeze your membership.
That said, memberships are designed to help you build consistency. If freezing your membership becomes a regular occurrence, we'll have a chat to see whether a different membership option might suit your lifestyle better.
Can beginners join?
Absolutely! Coaching House is designed for all abilities. Whether you've never stepped foot in a gym before or you've been training for years, every session can be adapted to suit your experience, confidence and fitness level.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the start time without losing your credit.
If you cancel within 12 hours, or don't attend your session, your credit will be deducted.
What happens if I miss a session?
As long as you cancel within the cancellation window, your credit will be returned to your account for you to use later in the same month.
Unfortunately, late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session credit being lost.
How do I book my sessions?
All sessions are booked through the Coaching House app. Simply choose your session, book your place and you're good to go.
Is there parking?
Yes! There is free parking available right outside the studio.
What if I have an injury or medical condition?
No problem. Please let me know before your first session and we'll adapt any exercises where needed to make sure you can train safely and confidently.
