I've been working in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years, helping people become stronger, fitter, and more confident.

But my journey didn't start with all the answers.

I've been the girl who felt confused by nutrition, overwhelmed by conflicting advice, and caught up in many of the fitness industry's myths and quick-fix promises. Like many women, I spent years trying different approaches before truly understanding what sustainable health and fitness looked like.

Through years of learning, coaching, and personal experience, I've developed the healthiest relationship with exercise and nutrition that I've ever had. And now my mission is simple: to help as many women as possible do the same.

I want to help women build confidence with strength training, understand nutrition without restriction, and create healthy habits that fit around real life. Not just so they can look and feel their best, but so they can show up as the best version of themselves for their families, friends, careers, and the people they love.

Fitness has the power to enrich every area of your life, and that's exactly what I want my clients to experience.

Alongside coaching, I'm also passionate about endurance and hybrid training. I've completed countless half marathons, a marathon, ATHX events, and recently stepped into the HYROX world. Whether your goal is building strength, improving your fitness, or training for an event, I can help you get there with a structured, sustainable approach.
